- 1 lb. - ground beef
- 4 small - potatoes, cut up in squares
- 1 medium - onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon -salt
- 1/8 teaspoon - pepper
30 minutes (estimate)
- Cook ground beef with onion.
- Pour off grease.
- Add salt, pepper and potatoes.
- Fry, turning frequently for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are soft.
